Estimate Checklist

Providing the information below helps us to understand your project and prepare an accurate estimate as quickly as possible.

1. Photos of Existing Radiators
   — Please provide clear photos of each radiator involved:
   • Full-length front view
   • Side view
   • Close-up of the valve and piping connections
   • Close-up of any leaks, damage, or areas of concern
   — If the radiator has a cover:
   • Please remove the cover, or open the lid and provide a top-view photo.
   — If possible, please label each radiator photo with the room location and floor level, or include them in the message portion of the form / email to jcradiators@gmail.com.
   — Additional photos (more than 5) may be emailed to jcradiators@gmail.com

2. Radiators Located on the 2nd Floor or Higher
   — Please provide the width of the stairway and/or staircase (excluding handrails) and doorway widths. We must safely plan and be extremely cautious handling larger radiators so as not to damage your walls/staircases/doors while handling them.

3. Sandblasting & Powder Coating (Full-Service Customers)
   Please provide your desired:
   — Color:

   • High Gloss— 100% Gloss (Standard)
   • Semi-Gloss / Satin—50-30% Gloss
